The Role of TQMk in Increasing the Effectiveness of E-Marketing within the Jordanian Telecommunication Sector

The current study focused on examining the role of TQMk (Total Quality Marketing) in increasing effectiveness e-marketing within Jordanian telecommunication sector; included variables service quality, market orientation and customer-focused approach. A quantitative approach was adopted through utilizing a questionnaire, which distributed to 18 marketing project managers organizations (Zain, Umniah Orange). Results indicated that can have an influence efficiency solutions organization mainly social electronic departments, developing variable approach, has deepest approach’s effectiveness; it followed by least influential factor orientation. recommended focusing clients targeted markets different aspects, including price, new products acceptance, customer behavior purchase decision motivators.
